Items delivered via freight truck are curbside delivery meaning it is your responsibility to move the product from the curbside to your desired location. Most freight companies offer additional services. If you require additional services, please contact the freight company once you have your tracking information. You will be responsible for any charges associated with these additional services and must pay the fright company directly.
