Little Cottage Chapel kits are roughly 12?10? high to the tip of steeple and comes in three sizes.
Standard Little Cottage Chapel Kit Includes the Following:
-2″ x 3″ wood wall framing
-2″ x 4″ wood trusses 2? on center
-High quality siding and trim pre-fastened onto wall panels(insures panels are square)
-Panelized walls sections (not just pre-cut) saves time in assembly
-Straight trim pre-fastened to panels
-All other parts are pre-cut and ready to assemble
-6) windows on 8 x 8, 8) windows on 8 x 10 & 8 x 12
(With our patent pending window design)
-Child?s dutch door (20? Wide x 40? High)
-Adult dutch door on side (34? Wide x 61? High)
-Hardware needed to assemble (screws, latches, handles, nails)
-Outside corner trim (white aluminum)

Shipping Information for your Little Cottage Company’s Playhouse:
Little Cottage Co. panelized kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building). The truck driver will help remove the bands and wrapping on the pallet, the 2 people will then be required to unload each panel piece by piece from the truck.
Customer is responsible for all site prep and permits!
