Water is easier to manage as far as filling, moving, and draining the base. Sand provides more rigidity and is more suitable if you want your system to withstand higher winds, aggressive play, and leaking. This system is designed with a telescoping height adjustment feature that allows you to adjust the backboard from 4ft to 6.5ft in six different settings using a telescoping adjustment. Fun for all ages! With a pool basketball system you’ll get great exercise, but it’s just too much fun to be called a workout! Designed with a 27 gallon base, a 44 inch UV-protected shatter proof Makrolon backboard for super rebounding performance, and Classic Rim. An all-weather net is included. All steel parts are powder-coated for rust resistance.
