A Hatteras Hammocks Tufted Hammock is the peak of pillowy perfection; recline in one even once, and you won't ever want to get back out! This exceptionally plush hammock features two layers of solution-dyed all-weather synthetic fabric sandwiching a thick center of nonabsorbent polyester hollowfill fiber manufactured from recycled plastic drink bottles. The top fabric layer is Sunbrella, in the attractive Dupione Galaxy color, while the bottom is DuraCord, in a solid neutral color; both fabric types are not only resistant to rot, mold, mildew and staining, but also are exceptionally colorfast, with a softness on par with cotton. An attachable trapezoidal tufted head-pillow is included, made from the same two superior outdoor fabrics.

The hammock's pillowy contours are created by eight well-placed nickel-plated rolled-rim grommets, which have the added distinction of preventing rainwater from pooling in the hammock bed, draining instead quickly and efficiently.
The hammock bed is framed by two thick spreader bars of richly hued, deeply grained, unfinished South American cumaru, among the densest, prettiest, woods on Earth. Chains and hanging hardware are handsome, rust-resistant zinc-plated steel.
The Canvas Turf Tufted Hammock includes an attachable trapezoidal tufted head-pillow of the same fabric and plush center of recycled polyester hollowfill fiber.
