At Little Cottage Co. we take pride in our work, we strive for , Quality, Service, and Innovation. When a customer is buying a shed, it can be for a range of reasons and uses. We realize each customer has their own budget. At Little Cottage Co. we have created our Value Series, Classic Series, and Colonial Series giving us the ability to cover all uses and all budgets. Our Colonial series has more elaborate features, where the Classic series has your more standard features, then our Value series has the most basic features.

What Form of Shed Kit Suits Your Needs!

Panelized Kits: Our Panelized Kits come preassembled, primed and ready for paint! Panelized means the walls are in panelized sections, everything else is precut and labeled for you! With these kits you would provide the required roofing shingles, drip edge, and paint. (Note: Optional Floor Kits)

Precut Kits: Our Precut kits come with everything precut, labeled, primed and ready to assemble. You need to purchase the roofing shingles, drip edge, and paint. (Note: Optional Floor Kits)

DIY Floor Kit: When purchasing one of our DIY Shed kits you have the option to purchase a floor kit from our company or to purchase on your own at a local lumber yard. This is just to allows you the flexibility to lower the shipping costs or to customize your own flooring.

*Some styles and sizes of kits may come standard with a floor.

* Instructional Manual: Both our Panelized and Precut kits – we have added a printed manual as a standard option.  You may select, “No Printed Manual” option to lower your price and you will receive a link to a full color downloadable online manual instead.
