This package is designed for wooden swing sets that need minimal refinishing, touch-ups, or where you just don’t have time to do the actual stain and sealer application.
Includes:
Top to Bottom Safety Inspection of your wooden playset to be sure that no repairs need to be performed before the set is refinished
Minimal sanding of the problem areas
Removal of any items such as tarps and swings
Taping off items that don’t get stained
Clean & Sanitize
Complete Stain and Sealer Application
Reinstall items removed for our staining process
You have the option of the original factory stain or the use of a premium grade stain in your choice of colors. With this program we recommend the factory color stain or a premium grade stain color similar to the factory stain color.
(Note: If you have had your playset refinished before, we need to know what kind of stain was used before. Water-based stain can’t be used over an oil-based stain. If you are unsure, we will have to use an oil-based stain and price your project accordingly.)
With this program, we would ask you not to use your wooden playset for 2 days. Our process takes 1 day, weather permitting, to complete the stain & sealer application. The extra day allows for proper drying time.

This program is designed for wooden playsets that are typically less than 4 years old, well kept, and with no major signs of wood discoloration or degradation.
Includes:
Safety Inspection
Any necessary prep from power washing to sanding
Removal of any items such as tarps and swings
Taping off items that don’t get stained
Sanitize wood with an anti-microbial inhibitor for prevent future mold, mildew, and algae growth
Complete Stain and Sealer Application
Reinstall items removed for our staining process

This program is designed for wooden playsets that are typically more than 4 years old, in poor condition and with major signs of wood discoloration or degradation, or where optimum end results are preferred.
Includes:
Safety Inspection
Any necessary prep from power washing to sanding
Removal of any items such as tarps and swings
Taping off items that don’t get stained
Chemical Wood Stripper, Surface Prep Agents, and Wood Brightener to restore the surface of the wood and to make the finish look better and last longer.
Sanitize wood with an anti-microbial inhibitor to prevent future mold, mildew and algae growth
Complete Stain and Sealer Application
